Located on the first floor of a building in a very central position, this apartment is the ideal choice for those who want to forget the car and enjoy the sea, the services and the summer nightlife on foot.
The strong piece? An equipped panoramic balcony from which you can admire both the blue of the sea and the suggestive local church: the perfect set for your breakfasts at sunrise or for unforgettable outdoor dinners caressed by the sea breeze.

The house is located in the center of Lido Conchiglia, a few steps from the sandy beach and the main services (bars, restaurants, newsagents).
USEFUL INFO FOR SUNDAY MORNING: The apartment overlooks the main street, the same street that hosts the characteristic weekly market every Sunday morning in summer . Experiencing the market under the house is a wonderful experience to buy local products and souvenirs, but it involves a small rule: it is strictly forbidden to park your car under the building on a Saturday night . The stalls are set up very early, so the ban on parking with forced removal is active from 06:00 to 13:00 on Sunday.
In the surrounding streets, however, you will find large parking areas. If you are looking for a comfortable holiday, close to the sea, where you can breathe the real Salento atmosphere between sea views and local traditions, this apartment is waiting only for you! Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests. Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay. Please let us know with a message your preference regarding the second bed (if applicable to your number of guests) and any extra services during the booking. City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
