The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A pleasant 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining area, etc. - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) - A patio, ideal for relaxing - Separate WC On the mezzanine : - Bedroom 2 (with a door): a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 600 m² west-facing garden, bordered by a low wall and a small hedge. - A 20 m² north-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally situated in Marigny, in a very pleasant setting.
Just a few kilometres away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Zoodyssée in Villiers-en-Bois - ‘From Marigny to Grand Mauduit via the GR36’ walking route - Visit the village of Marigny with its Church of Saint John the Evangelist - La Rivière leisure centre in Granzay-Gript: footpaths, mini-golf, children’s play areas, fitness trail and picnic area - Forest: walking and hiking trails just a few minutes away - A visit to the Marais Poitevin, about 20 km away - A visit to Niort and its keep, about 20 km away - The town of Melle and its Romanesque churches are about a 30-minute drive away - La Rochelle is about an hour’s drive away and the Île de Ré is about 90 km away - Dompierre-sur-Boutonne Castle is about 15 km away Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
