Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two single beds, making it suitable for couples, families, or small groups traveling together.
The property also features four bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, an additional bathroom with a shower on the bedroom floor, and two guest bathrooms for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, and essential kitchenware.
Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue area and relax in the jacuzzi while taking in the sea views. For your comfort, the villa provides air conditioning, a Smart TV with a box, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, private ample garage parking, as well as a cot and high chair upon request.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided during your stay. A car is recommended for exploring Madeira Island and enjoying all that the surrounding area has to offer.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM until 5:00 AM. Please note that smoking inside the villa is not permitted. The Municipal Chamber charges a Local Tourist Tax per guest per night.
The charge is: - €2 per night; - This rate applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests under 13 years old. - This fee must be paid directly to us so that we can pass it on to the Municipal Chamber. We will provide all necessary details, including payment of the Tourist Tax. A cozy place to relax and enjoy Madeira.
