It comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 24 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor: - Two bedrooms, each with two single beds - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 21 m² south-east-facing terrace with a magnificent view over the countryside.
Furniture is available to make the most of the fine weather. The house is ideally situated in Combret, in very pleasant surroundings.
The village is listed as a "petite cité de caractère". Public transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house (public car park 50 m away). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets accepted free of charge.
One pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

La terrasse a un sacré cachet en plus de la vue magique ! La rue est très calme et le village a un charme fou. Promenades en perspective aussi bien à pieds qu'en vélo car les alentours en valent aussi le coup. L'auberge du village ( à 30m ! ) m'a ravie les papilles, bref un excellent séjour avec des hôtes super accueillants, je reviendrai !
En y réfléchissant bien... rien !
