Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Central IV, is just a 4-minute walk. The nearest train station, Braga, is just a 14-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. The property does daily cleaning.
The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door. This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking for a pleasant stay.

A dishwasher is also available to make cleaning up effortless, along with ironing equipment for added convenience during more extended stays. The bedroom features two single beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and an ensuite bathroom. All the bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Super flat! The digital access including check-in worked smoothly. The flat was clean & neatly furnished. Very modern everything. The location is central and you can easily get around the city on foot. Even if it's a little further away from your destination, you can easily reach everything by Uber.

The photos don’t do the place justice. We loved our stay there and were easily commutable to a lot of places whether by car, bus or walking. Host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Overall everything was perfect!
