All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax) with swimming pool. The main house offers (with external access) 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and independent entrance. All on the ground floor, the first section comprises a large open-plan living/dining area (Tassimo coffee machine and filter, TV, French billiards table, additional sleeping space available (at an extra cost) in two 90cm single beds), a toilet, and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The second section has 3 bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, each with a private bathroom/toilet (separate toilet in one of the bedrooms), and 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds. Wi-Fi. Non-smoking cottage. Small pets accepted with prior agreement from the owners. Seasonal outdoor café with children's play area approximately 2km away. The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Swimming pool (4m x 2m) available from June 15th to September 15th (unheated). Ideal for family or friends gatherings, on the Tours-Amboise route along the Loire River, come and stay for a holiday or weekend in this strategic location near Tours and Amboise, must-see towns in the Loire Valley. Your gîte is steeped in history, which Gaëlle and Hervé will be delighted to share with you. It's a unique place nestled between cliffs, where numerous troglodyte dwellings are found, and the Royal River. You'll be charmed by the spacious living area, its lounge space perfect for unforgettable moments of shared conviviality, and its French billiards table. Another ideal feature for enjoying a degree of independence is its five bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and bathroom.
