The pool is heated from April 15 to October 15 (depending on weather conditions). A private lake beach, reserved for neighborhood residents, is just a short walk away. Located in Hautes Rives, one of the most sought-after areas of Biscarrosse for its idyllic setting and peaceful atmosphere, this 185 m² villa with an enclosed garden offers generous accommodation capacity. On the first level, there are two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, a separate WC, and a shower room.
On the lower level, you will find a large master suite with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with four single bunk beds.
The house also features a sofa bed in the living room and another sofa bed in a separate room that can also be used as a games room. In total, the villa includes two bathrooms (two showers and one bathtub) and three WCs. Outside, enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Maguide from the terrace while relaxing in the outdoor lounge, cooking on the plancha, or—better yet—unwinding in the heated infinity saltwater pool. Free Wi-Fi available. A €1200 security deposit is required for the property. Tourist tax charged in addition, according to the current rate. Optional additional services: Bed linen rental: €25 per double bed / €20 per single bed Towel rental: €16 per set (includes one bath towel and one hand towel) Baby equipment rental: €20 per item (high chair, travel cot, baby bath) Love Box: €78 – 1 bottle of champagne, 2 candles, 1 bouquet of roses or rose petals Pets not allowed.
