The accommodation comprises - A 42 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob. A wood-burning stove is also available. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double sofa bed (130x190) - Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside: - A beautiful 600 m² private enclosed garden to make the most of the fine weather. - A south-facing 24 m² terrace with bioclimatic pergola and garden furniture.
It offers a pleasant view of Mont Cardou. The house is ideally located in Serres, in very pleasant surroundings. Activities : - Hot spring at Rennes-les-bains - Visit to Rennes-le-Chateau - Visit to the Gorges de Galamus - Visit to the Cathar castles - Hike to Pech de Bugarach and Cascade des Mathieux - Hike to Pech Cardou from Serres or Rennes-les-bains Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Carcassonne, about 50 km away. - Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 70 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen is included but towels are not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
