Located in the beautiful La Ronceray residence, in the heart of a superb park with a tennis court, direct access to the beach and the hiking trail.
The flat comprises an attractive 25m² living room opening onto a fitted kitchen/lounge, a bedroom and a shower room. The ground-floor accommodation is laid out as follows: - A bright 25m² living area with a fitted kitchen (including: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge with a built-in single-door freezer compartment, a three-ring induction hob, a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven and a washing machine) - A TV lounge with a sofa bed (140x190cm) fitted with a proper mattress and mattress topper. - A dining area with a dining table seating up to 4 guests. - A double bedroom (160x190cm) with a large fitted wardrobe - A shower room with a toilet Outside: - The bright living area opens onto a 13m² south-west facing balcony-terrace, equipped with a small garden seating set, two deckchairs and a Weber electric barbecue.
