Great stay in Ponta Delgada: The location is fantastic... the room was spotless... the staff were exceptionally attentive. Some nights the neighbours next door were quite noisy, so I think Guest Ready should emphasise in their messages to guests that they must respect other guests' sleeping hours.

Almost everything is acceptable, the windows do not have soundproofing without double glazing, which is why the room lets in street noise, but otherwise everything is fine.
