Reach central Paris in 50 minutes from Etréchy, 6 kilometers away (RER C). Take the opportunity to explore the nearby medieval Château de Dourdan and the Château de Rambouillet. This 65 m² cottage is located in the center of the village, adjoining a quiet house. Ground floor: a living/dining room with a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi (ADSL). It opens onto the terrace on one side.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, filter and capsule coffee machines, a kettle, and a toaster.
A separate toilet.
A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is available. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190 cm), and a bathroom with a toilet. Terrace with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and a 15m² enclosed garden with no overlooked views. Electric heating, utilities not included (8 kWh/day included), payable on site according to consumption.
Linen rental: €12/person. Baby cot available. Please note: Parking for vans under 20 m³ (passage width: 2.30 m). All shops are located in Etréchy. Animal: €5/day.
