The "Les Liserons" cottage is located in the heart of Brunoy, a charming "garden city" on the edge of the Sénart Forest, on the banks of the Yerres Valley, where you can explore the Caillebotte Park.
It is located in the city center, close to many shops, restaurants, and amenities.
It's an ideal starting point for your trip to Paris, just a 300-meter walk from the RER D station (access to Paris in just 30 minutes from Gare de Lyon). Véronique, your host, a furniture painter, will be happy to share her passion. A detached 70m² single-story house (a few steps at the entrance), featuring a living room with a 5-seater sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (fiber), and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer combination, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined together to form a double bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A separate toilet. Enjoy a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Private parking on the property for one vehicle. Gas heating package from October to April: €45/week
