Brouy, a picturesque little village located 61 km southwest of Paris in the heart of the Gâtinais Français Regional Natural Park and 13 km from the nearest climbing rocks.
Fontainebleau and its castle are 25 km away, as are the gardens of the Château de Courances. Reach the heart of Paris from Etampes by RER C in 1 hour (Bibliothèque François Mitterrand) or from Malesherbes by RER D (Gare de Lyon) in 1 hour. Departing from Brouy by car, discover Sully-sur-Loire and Meung-sur-Loire (1 hour) or Blois (1.5 hours). Chartres Cathedral is only 1 hour away. A 130 m² independent gîte in this peaceful Essonne village, nestled between fields and nature, is the ideal setting for a green getaway with friends or family. Ground floor: large living room opening onto the dining room, living room with a 3-seater sofa and 3 armchairs, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (fiber), fitted kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, filter and capsule coffee machines, kettle, and laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron. One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bathroom with heated towel rail, and separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed) plus a mezzanine with unsecured access (not suitable for children under 6 years old) with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). One 40m² bedroom with four single beds (2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and two single beds (80 x 190 cm), sitting area, electric shutters.
Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, and toilet. Approximately 150m² wooded garden with no overlooked views, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, and sun loungers.
