Torfou is crossed by the GR 1 long-distance hiking trail, providing beautiful walks and bike rides. This 160m² detached cottage is situated in a quiet residential area. On the ground floor: a veranda, a 40m² living/dining room with two 3-seater sofas and two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a 16m² bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a landing with a desk and a sofa bed. A 16m² bedroom with four single beds (90x190cm), an 11m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a 9m² bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm), a shower room with a large shower, towel warmer, and sink.
A separate toilet. Basement: washing machine, chest freezer, ping-pong table, WC. Garden overlooking the fields with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, and charcoal barbecue. Private and secure parking for two cars. Linens provided.
