Located a 7-minute walk from the RER B train station, the tastefully decorated L'Ardoise gîte is a studio apartment (T1) in the owners' house, with a private entrance.
The 12 m² room features an entrance leading to the kitchen, equipped with a small refrigerator with an ice compartment, a microwave/grill, an air fryer, a two-burner induction cooktop, a kettle, a toaster, a capsule coffee machine, a folding dining table, and a washer/dryer.
The living area includes a desk, a 140x200 cm sofa bed, and Wi-Fi (fiber optic). The gîte does not have a TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a towel warmer, and a toilet. A private, enclosed terrace overlooks a quiet street and is furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers upon request.
This gîte does not have a barbecue. Free street parking is readily available. Utilities are included.
Bed linen (€10 for the sofa bed), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras. Supermarket 1 km away by car. Bus stop 30 meters away. Discover the area around the cottage: the historic center of Palaiseau, with its picturesque streets, lively markets, and small local shops.
