The "Gîte des Roses" is a furnished apartment for 2 to 3 guests, located on the mezzanine level at the rear of the house in a very quiet area in southern Amboise, just 1.3 km from Château du Clos Lucé and 3 km from the SNCF train station (served by Bus Line 1).
You have a private entrance through the garage.
The apartment is all on one level, making it accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
Your vehicle can be parked in the courtyard, and bicycles can be stored in the garage. Enjoy a view of the garden at the back of the house, where you can set up a parasol and a small table for your meals. The apartment features a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, a hallway, and a bedroom with a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) separated by a curtain.
Each room is heated by an electric radiator. Bed linen, towels, and washcloths are included. Capacity: 2 to 3 guests.
One double bed in the bedroom, one daybed in the kitchen area. Arrival and departure times may be flexible.

Propriétaire, très agréable et arrangeante au niveau horaire.
Logement très propre, les draps et serviettes de toilette inclus, c est appréciable.
Bien situé pour visiter les châteaux d Amboise, le Clos Lucé, Chenonceau, l aquarium de Tourraine...
Au calme et le stationnement pour la voiture, au top dans la cour👍

Joli logement. Très bien accueillie. La dame est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Logement propre et fonctionnel
