In hamlet near the lovely village of Charnay, "Gîte de Pelozane" is on 1st floor of traditional house built of golden stone.
Adjoining owners home, it overlooks the South Beaujolais & Monts du Lyonnais countryside.
Carefully refurbished interior combining stone with wood and eco-friendly wall coverings.
Separate entrance, accessed via terrace (upstairs): open plan living room (lounge area, dining area)/ kitchen.
Sleeping area with double bed (140X200), utility room.
Hall leading to 2 bedrooms (2 single beds that can be joined to form king size bed) (double bed), shower room (walk-in shower), WC. Accommodation well fitted out with kitchen equipment, domestic electrical appliances, radio & TV equipment (Hi-fi (micro system) with CD player, USB port, Bluetooth). Central oil heating (+50 €/week or 10€/night for rates of 2-4 nights, except from 01 May to 30 September). Outdoors: large tiled terrace (the living room opens onto it) with garden furniture, barbecue.
Private shaded area in garden with deck chairs.

Enjoy the charming countryside (hiking/riding trails nearby) as well as the proximity of town (train to city of Lyon at Lozanne station, 4 km away) in this ideally situated gîte !

Très agréable séjour en famille dans ce gîte tout équipé. Frais malgré la chaleur étouffante actuelle. L'extérieur est un gros atout quand on vient avec des enfants. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et disponible.

Accueil très gentil. Lieu agréable, très jolie vue .terrain de jeux , piscine nickel, jeux pour enfants . Gîte confortable, propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol : un peu bruit de passages de voitures en journée.
