The spacious living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen and features a sofa bed that can accommodate up to four people. You’ll also enjoy a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. The real highlight of ZOLENA is its magnificent terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and a dining area, offering exceptional panoramic views of Benidorm. The residence has a communal swimming pool and is located just 600 metres from Levante Beach, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The residence also has a private parking space (booking required at least 3 days before arrival). ## Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, located on the 11th floor (accessible by lift), as well as to the residence’s communal areas, including the communal swimming pool, which is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or out exploring. A private parking space is available free of charge within the residence, subject to booking three days prior to arrival, with your vehicle registration number. To ensure a smooth arrival, our city manager will welcome you personally on site.
They will hand over the keys, show you around the accommodation and explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have so that you can start your stay with complete peace of mind.
