It is situated on the 1st floor of a two-family house.
In the summer, you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden.
The garden can be used, and it features a large trampoline, swings, a slide, a small sandbox, and a pool is also available during the summer. You can use the WLAN and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. You will be staying directly by the forest and on the town border between Remscheid and Wermelskirchen.
There is also a restaurant, Preyersmühle, just a 2-3 minute walk from the vacation apartment.
Ehlis, the arrow factory, is also within walking distance. The Eschbachtal outdoor pool can be easily reached on foot through the forest in about 20 minutes (900 meters) or by car in 5 minutes (currently being rebuilt until summer 2028). Good shopping opportunities are available in Remscheid and Wermelskirchen.
Schloß Burg can be reached by car in about 10 minutes; there are also beautiful hiking trails, or you can use your bicycle.
There are good bus connections to Cologne and Remscheid every 30 minutes.
In Remscheid, there are other train transfer options. A prepayment of 30% will be charged upon booking. The remaining payment is due upon arrival in cash. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Arrival is possible between 2 PM and 9 PM. Departure is possible until 10 AM.
