It is situated on the 1st upper floor of a two-family house.
In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden.
The garden can be used by guests and features a large trampoline, swing, slide, a small sandbox, and a pool is also available during the summer months. You can use the WLAN and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. You will be staying directly by the forest and on the city border between Remscheid and Wermelskirchen.
There is also a restaurant, Preyersmühle, just a 2-3 minute walk from the vacation apartment.
Ehlis Pfeilenfabrik is also within walking distance. The Eschbachtal outdoor pool can be easily reached on foot through the forest in about 20 minutes (900 meters) or by car in 5 minutes (currently under new construction until summer 2028). Good shopping opportunities are available in Remscheid and Wermelskirchen.
Schloß Burg can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
There are also beautiful hiking trails, and you can also use a bicycle.
There are good bus connections to Cologne and Remscheid every 30 minutes.
