This property is in the very heart of super dog-friendly Topsham and on the doorstep of incredible restaurants, amazing cafes, the best pubs and wonderful artisan shops. Full of character and oozing history, this old merchants house is the perfect place for exploring the local area. And just a short walk to the train station and you can be in Exeter in 15 minutes - you will be spoilt for choice!
Please also note that mobile signal is poor in this area but also the wifi can be very intermittent.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
