A 100-square-meter townhouse, fully renovated from a former carpentry workshop, ideally located in the city centre on a very quiet residential cul-de-sac, within walking distance of all amenities: restaurants, pizzerias, butcher shop, banks, supermarket, supermarket, photo shop, and beauty salon.
On the neighbouring street, you can enjoy the weekly Friday market. A city park and a brand-new children’s playground are located 150 metres away.
Close to Alsace, 20 minutes from Gérardmer, 15 minutes from St Dié des Vosges...
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for meals—including a hob, a conventional oven, a drip coffee maker and Tassimo machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, glassware and dishes, a dining area, and access to the terrace and living room, which features a single-person sofa bed (110x200).
Upstairs, you’ll find the shower room and a separate toilet.
The first bedroom features a 140x190 bed, a 70x140 cot, a changing table, and a closet.
A second bedroom with four 90x200 beds, two of which can be placed side by side.
Bath towels are available for an additional fee (5 € per person) upon request at the time of booking; payment is due upon arrival.
You can reserve a table or order takeaway from the nearby pizzeria (La p'tite Sicile), where I am the manager.
