The living area offers a cosy corner sofa, Smart TV, and WiFi, creating a great space to unwind after exploring the city. A dedicated parking space for one car is included, with a fob provided for convenient access. Whether you’re visiting for work, a weekend away, or a special event, this apartment combines comfort, location, and practicality for an easy, enjoyable stay. Guests must use the permit required in the property on display at all times.
Upon checkout guests must return permit to kitchen table.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
