Centrally located, it is just a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maria Immacolata and is particularly suitable for military personnel thanks to its proximity to the Naval Arsenal, the Mezzacapo Barracks, and the Marispedal, all within easy walking distance.
The SS. Annunziata Hospital is about a 15-minute walk away, as is the Taranto seafront and its gardens. The 58 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with NO elevator.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to climb stairs to access it. The interior layout is as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and oven - Living room with sofa, dining table, TV and split air conditioning - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split air conditioning - Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower with hydromassage column - Small 3 sqm balcony.
