Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Sète, situated in the heart of the historic town centre and less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 73 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two shower rooms (with showers). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room with a TV, sofa, armchairs and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet - Three identical balconies, situated in front of the French windows leading from the entrance hall, the living room and the kitchen, measuring approximately 1.50 × 0.60 m, facing due west. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Sète, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the Halles market, etc. Activities : - The Môle beach is a 15-minute walk away. - The large Lido beaches are 3 km away, with bus access just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the town's various car parks (free or paying, depending on location). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Sète, 2.5 km away - Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée, 40 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
