With panoramic views across the Flensburg Outer Fjord, Ferienhaus Utsicht invites you to spend time by the water. The detached bungalow is in the quiet Bockholm district, approximately 2 m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2025, it offers 55 m² of space for 2 adults.
Enjoy the fjord views from the combined living and dining area, which opens onto the terraces, also overlooking the water. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue make outdoor meals a pleasure. The kitchen has an island, a cooker, an oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, among other equipment. A washing machine is also provided.
The separate bedroom has 2 single beds, each measuring 90 x 190 cm, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and a TV are available, while a heat pump provides heating and cooling. You can store your own bicycles sheltered from the weather in the garden shed.
Final cleaning and a car parking space are included. Bed linen and towels are available for a fee. One dog is permitted on request for a fee, provided it is no taller than 30 cm and has a short coat. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
The visitor tax is EUR 3.00 from 1 April to 30 September and from 22 to 31 December, and EUR 1.50 during the remaining periods. It must be paid to the owner on site no later than the day of arrival. Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Flensburger Förde. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich. Eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Gute Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Zugang zum Naturstrand und bietet einen großartigen Panoramablick über die Flensburger Förde. Es ist frisch renoviert, sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und wird von sehr netten Gastgebern angeboten.
Eine schöne Terrasse ist dabei und lädt dazu ein, seinen Kaffee zu genießen.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ein kleiner Raum mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Nachttischen.
An der Raumgröße lässt sich nicht rütteln, aber vielleicht gelingt es, etwas Stauraum für Klamotten (zum Beispiel in einer Unterbettkommode oder einem Wandregal) zu schaffen?
Steckdosen am Nachttisch wären auch prima, wir konnten uns mit einem Verlängerungskabel behelfen.
