Easy access to explore the city with a wide variety of restaurants and bars. This Victorian house apartment boasts 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms complementing old and new styles, bathroom, stylish kitchen, dining area for 4 and living area with a reclining sofa. Whether business or leisure, this apartment offers space, style, and comfort.
The space
This first floor apartment has been recently refurbished, located in a quiet converted Victorian house, with free parking at the rear of the property. The apartment features several beautiful design elements, with high ceilings, exposed walls, elegant lighting, and a cozy living area boasting beautiful soft furnishing throughout. There are two bedrooms, one large double and a small double, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, smart TV, fast fibre wi-fi, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.
The apartment is centrally located, with just a short stroll to the main high street, train station, racecourse, museum, cathedral, and many of the attractions Worcester has to offer.
Parking
It is one of the few properties in the area that offers free parking with the apartment. Please note the space is for 1 car, if you have a larger vehicle or van, or a second car there is a pay and display car park just a 2 minute walk along the road.
Kitchen
Everything you would need to cook some beautiful meals. Appliances include a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, and of course, everyone's new essential item, an air fryer. With the addition of a dining area for 4.

A beautiful modern living area featuring soft lighting, a reclining sofa, chair, smart TV and throws, so you can cozy up and watch your favorite films.
Bedroom 1

This double room is located at the back of the apartment. With its exposed wall and traditional design, this room is one of our favourite spaces. It features blackout blinds, a high-quality small double bed, hanging space, and a dressing table.
Bathroom
Modern-designed bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, w/c, and wash basin. Towels are provided.
Guest access
Self check-in. Access front of the property through the main door, key box located by the front door. Code will be provided on day of arrival.
