2-bed apartment, 5 minutes from Aylesbury town centre — parking, garden, 100 Mbps
The space
Ground floor, so no stairs and no lugging tool bags up three flights. Two bedrooms — a double and a single — meaning two people working together each get a room and a door that shuts.
The living room is a proper sitting room with streaming on the TV. Out the back there is a private garden with an outdoor table and seating, which comes into its own on a light evening.
Kitchen and laundry
A full kitchen, not a kitchenette: oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee. Fully stocked with pans, utensils, dishes and glasses, so nothing needs buying on day one.
Washing machine and tumble dryer, plus an iron and board. On a long stay this is the difference between living somewhere and camping in it.
Parking and broadband
Allocated parking on site, sized to take a Transit — not a permit scheme, not a public car park, not a space you go hunting for at seven in the evening. It is yours for the stay.
Broadband runs at 100 Mbps. Video calls hold, drawings download, and two people can work at once without either of them getting knocked off.
Arriving
Keycode entry on the front door. The code goes to your phone before you travel, so there is no key handover to arrange and no problem if the job overruns and you arrive at half eleven.
Your site does not mention keycode entry anywhere. It should — late arrival is a real anxiety for anyone travelling for work, and it is a genuine advantage over a hotel with a staffed reception.
Where you are
Five minutes on foot into Aylesbury town centre for shops, food and the station. [X minutes] to [local business park / industrial estate / site], [X minutes] to [second location].
For visitors rather than workers: 14 km to Notley Abbey, 27 km to Bletchley Park, 35 km to London Luton Airport, with Woburn Abbey and Milton Keynes within easy reach.
