The Vigliena Apartments are located in front of the ancient Forte Vigliena, a fortress dating back to the Bourbon era. Inside this recently renovated building, you will find two panoramic apartments, accessible by a modern elevator. Access to the apartment is via a lift that leads to the floor or stairs Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code.
This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice.
These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights.
A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment. - Pets: Not allowed.
