In the heart of the tiny hamlet of La Tourrette, nestled in the Tarn Valley between Ambialet and Saint-André, this cottage offers an ideal setting for rest and relaxation.
From the terrace, the view opens onto the Tarn Valley and the Alban mountains, in a peaceful atmosphere where only the sounds of nature accompany your stay.
Here, time seems to slow down, inviting you to fully appreciate the landscapes and the tranquility of the surroundings.
The owners live in the house located just above the cottage, ensuring peace and privacy. The surrounding area is perfect for gentle walks and quiet contemplation.
The Bonneval trail passes right by the cottage, leading you to Saint-André and the Bonneval chapel along the ridges between meadows, woods, and chestnut groves, with beautiful views over the valley.
The owners also provide access to a large meadow by the Tarn River, dotted with outcroppings of rock, an invitation to relax, fish, or simply cool your feet in the summer.
Just a few minutes away, Ambialet, a charming small town, is known for its priory and impressive river bend.
The village of Brousse, dominated by its medieval castle, makes for a lovely heritage getaway, while the Trébas leisure park offers supervised swimming, gentle water sports, and activities along the banks of the Tarn River during the summer season. The cottage is located on the upper floor, accessible from the terrace via a few steps.
You can enjoy your meals on the terrace while admiring the view over the valley and the Monts d'Alban. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, small dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, four-burner gas hob, and coffee maker, as well as a table and a lounge area with a sofa and television. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an en-suite shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is located in the basement. Bed linen and towels are provided.
