The building boasts an excellent position to visit Florence, just a few minutes on foot from the Lungarno, Santa Maria Novella railway station, Piazza del Duomo and Via Borgognissanti, full of well-known shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (traffic-restricted area), with parking available a few minutes on foot from the property.

The neighborhood is full of shops, excellent restaurants (Italian and international) designed to meet every need, trattorias, bars and clubs to make aperitifs. Considering Florence as a very quiet city, our area is also very safe both day and night. Ideal for everyday shopping is the Conad supermarket within walking distance. In our street is the multiplex cinema Marconi always full of first visions. Finally, but of primary importance, between Borgo Ognissanti and Maso Finiguerra are located all the most famous car rental agencies (Avis, Hertz, Europecar, Maggiore etc.) that will allow you to rent a car for day trips or to continue your journey to your next destination. From the Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment as follows: Line T2 from the Airport to the Santa Maria Novella railway station, a 5 minute walk from the flat. If you arrive by car, please consider that the apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone.
If you park in one of the parking areas in this zone, you are authorized to enter.
