Conveniently located, it is approximately 750 meters from the Duomo metro station (Line 1), 950 meters from Garibaldi station, and 900 meters from Piazza Cavour metro station (Line 2), allowing easy access to all the city's main attractions. The 95 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a period building with NO elevator: PLEASE NOTE, You must climb stairs to access it. The interior space is laid out as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, toaster, microwave, and oven; - Living area with dining table, double sofa bed, split air conditioning, and smart TV; - Bedroom with double bed, dresser, desk, and split air conditioning; - Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and bathtub with showerhead; - Two balconies; - Panoramic 70 sq m terrace, equipped with outdoor kitchen with stove and sink, table and chairs, loungers, and yoga mats. Die Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse ist eine ruhige Oase in dieser trubeligen Stadt. Wir dachten zuerst, eine 5.0 Bewertung entspreche einer Wohnung, die es gar nicht gibt. Was für eine schöne Überraschung, dann ein so schönes Zuhause auf Zeit vorzufinden!

Byt nás nadchnul svým vkusným designem a kompletním vybavením, kde nám jako 4členné rodině vůbec nic nechybělo. Největším klenotem je soukromá terasa – ideální na přesdenní opalování i večerní sklenku vína. Skvělá lokalita pro každého, kdo chce nasát opravdovou atmosféru starého města.
