One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Located in the heart of a countryside that inspired George Sand’s novels, the region is rich in natural and cultural discoveries.
Nearby, follow in the footsteps of Monet and Guillaumin in the “valley of the painters” at Fresselines, explore the preserved landscapes of the Creuse, Gartempe, and Thaurion valleys, and visit charming villages like Bénévent-l’Abbaye, La Souterraine, or Moutier-d’Ahun. Heritage lovers will enjoy the tapestry town of Aubusson and Felletin, the pottery and tile-making at the Tuilerie de Pouligny, and the unique creations of François Michaud’s village.
Families will find plenty of activities: the giant maze in Guéret, Chabrières wolf park, ostrich safari, or the Eguzon water sports center with water skiing, wakeboarding, and towable tubes (activities available for an extra fee). Bed linen and towels available as an option.
