Fully enclosed private garden (700 m²), private enclosed parking for 2 or even 3 cars. Ground floor: Large main room with kitchen open to living room and lounge. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90X190. 1 bedroom with 1 180x190 bed (can be converted into 2 90x190 beds). Shower room with Italian shower (without height difference 90 x 90) and WC. Clearance with dryer and washing machine.
The entire ground floor is air-conditioned. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a beautiful view of the countryside with 1 140X 190 bed and 1 90x190 bed with private bathroom (bath and toilet). Wifi (fiber speed). Beds made on arrival if rental of sheets.
Central heating (low consumption) by geothermal energy according to consumption.
Reverse combustion fireplace with heat recuperator.

C’etait la premiere gite avec chauffement du sol. Unique! Aussi l’accueil des propietaires etait tres bien. Bien equipe, tout confort, rien a ajouter. Gite a recommander! Situation ideale, Compiegne, St.Quentin, Ham, Noyon tres facile pour y aller.

Pleine nature pour ce gîte situé au pied du village :les randos peuvent démarrer dès le seuil franchi ,bois, champs ,sentiers aux rencontres de la petite faune et flore avec le chant des oiseaux...Bien situé pour visiter les villes aux cathédrales et patrimoine historique ,des découvertes simplement étonnantes!

Si la météo négative (et d'ailleurs partout en France) ne nous avait pas un peu dérangé notre séjour dans cet endroit ressourçant était très agréable comme les fois précédentes : reposant; cadre agréable. Propriétaires très agréables aussi. Merci à eux
