The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people and is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
• A living room that opens onto the dining room and kitchen, creating a single, welcoming living space.
• A fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cutlery.
• A bathroom with a shower and sink

On the first floor:
• Bedroom 1 with two 90x200 cm single beds and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and double sink
• Bedroom 2 with a 160x200 cm queen-size bed
• Bedroom 3 with a sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
On the second floor:
• Bedroom 4 with a double bed (140x200 cm) and two single beds (80x190 cm). A sink is also located in the room.
From late June to early September, you can enjoy the comfort of an 8-by-4-meter unheated pool.
A fenced-in 2,000-square-meter garden for your children and pets, along with a terrace accessible through a French door in the living room, will allow you to fully enjoy the sunny days and the relaxing setting of the Allier region.
Three parking spaces are available in front of and to the side of the property for your vehicles.
