The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom (with bath and WC) First floor: - A bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage space, as well as a cabin area with single bed (90 cm). Outside: - An indoor swimming pool (heated) open all year round and an outdoor swimming pool (shared with residents) open from May to October. - A 16 m² south-facing terrace, not overlooked, with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather! Unenclosed area with crank-operated awning - A garden shared with the residence, including two petanque courts and outdoor play equipment for children The house is ideally located in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, in a quiet, pleasant setting.
