This unique and beautiful stately building was built in 1914. After having had several owners, we moved here as a family in 1994. Fifteen years ago, the previous owner renovated the house with the option of renting it out to groups.
Sadly, he passed away 10 years ago, after which his son continued the business.
He lives on the top floor of the building in his own apartment. Group accommodation in North Brabant, right in the city center of Eindhoven On the first floor, you'll find the living room, large dining room, and kitchen (with a good DeLonghi bean coffee machine). All are tastefully furnished and unlike your average group accommodation.
That's precisely the intention; the house should convey a personal atmosphere.
On the second floor, there are three beautiful bedrooms, all with box-spring beds.
There is room for six people, and for an additional fee, seven.
This floor also has a spacious, modern bathroom.
The owner's apartment is on the third floor, but it's not accessible. There's a pleasant, green, and spacious garden where you can barbecue.
There's parking space for one car in the garden.
Free parking is also available on the street.
