The accommodation is arranged on two levels.
On the lower floor there is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable small double sofa bed, suitable for one person.
By climbing rather steep internal stairs, you reach the sleeping area consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed with a small double upper bed, ideal for one person.
The bathroom with shower completes the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with: TV Air conditioning Washing machine Outdoor space A practical and functional solution, perfect for couples, families, or small groups wishing to stay near the sea in one of the most loved locations on Elba Island. Important Notes: Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late check-in after 7:30 PM available with an extra charge of €40.00. Check-out: by 9:00 AM. Linen: bed linen and towels are not provided by the property. They can be rented up to 7 days before arrival: Double bed linen set: €40 Single bed linen set: €20 Linen collection takes place exclusively at our office in Portoferraio. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
