The accommodation is laid out as follows: – A spacious, light-filled living area with a cosy sitting area fitted with a television – A fully equipped kitchen (toaster, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) where you can prepare your meals in a convivial atmosphere – A first bedroom, ideal for children or groups, with two bunk beds (sleeping four in 90x200 beds) – A second comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200) – A master suite, with a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet, featuring a double bed (160x200) – A modern bathroom with a shower – A separate toilet Outdoors: – A private swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September) for relaxation and swimming. Out of consideration for the neighbours: swimming is not permitted after 9 pm – An enclosed garden offering privacy and security for your time outdoors For even greater comfort, the house enjoys a peaceful setting and a practical layout designed for summer living.
Linen is provided and your bed will be made up on arrival. Nearby activities: The villa is ideally located between the seaside resorts of Jard-sur-Mer and Longeville-sur-Mer : - Beaches: Plage du Bouil 2 km away and the famous Plage des Conches 8 km away for surfers and swimmers. - Amenities: shops and restaurants in Longeville-sur-Mer (5 km) and Jard-sur-Mer (4 km) (supermarkets, chemists, boutiques) - Nature: coastal paths and cycle tracks within easy reach for exploring the Vendée coastline - Leisure: Jard-sur-Mer marina just a few minutes away by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle safely in the house's private car park.
