Located in Barra Grande village, in Maraú (Bahia), the property is strategically positioned between two stunning settings: Três Coqueiros Beach (in front of the house) Camamu Bay / Ponta do Mutá Beach (behind the house) The house is just 250 meters from both beaches, allowing easy access to the sea at any time of day. Accommodates up to 3 guests comfortably: Annex loft: double bed + trundle bed Bathroom: • 1 bathroom in the loft Loft Amenities: • Air conditioning • Portable fan • Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils) • Bed linen and towels • Wi-Fi (network: Siga-on) • Free parking • Terrace and veranda House rules: • Smoking is not allowed inside the house • Pets are not allowed • Respect quiet hours • Turn off air conditioning when leaving • Do not dispose of toilet paper or objects in the toilet • Always use common sense Extra services available: Sandra, responsible for check-in and check-out, can be hired for cleaning services and meal preparation during your stay.
