Propre et neuf, on sent l effort pour bien faire avec par ex des jeux de société
Que le reste de l immeuble soit en chantier
Qu il n y est pas de canapé.
Qu il n y est pas de vraie fenêtre dans le salon
Que la chambre du haut ne soit pas isolée par rapport à la chaleur
A ce prix là, on peut etre exigeant
