The entrance, living room, terrace, and kitchen are on the 1st floor, with the bedroom, bathroom, and a toilet in the attic.
If needed, a child safety gate can be installed at the top of the stairs.
In the living room, you will find a modern pull-out sofa with a high-quality sleeping function measuring 1.40 x 2.00 meters, a stereo radio, and a Loewe television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer combination, a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, an iron… and much more.
The double bed in the bedroom with adjustable headrests is 1.80 meters wide; one of the two windows is equipped with insect screens.
The bathroom has a large real window and features a modern Duo bathtub with a shower screen, a sink, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.
The toilet in the adjacent room also benefits from a real window.
The terrace offers a Mediterranean flair and sunshine all day on summer days! However, if you prefer shade, you can use the large awning.

Located in the heart of the old town of Nierstein, with its many romantic corners, our holiday apartment "Wartturmblick" is quiet yet centrally situated in a branching dead-end street. The market square and the city park can be reached in 5 minutes. The train station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is available for your car in the immediate vicinity, and covered parking spaces are available in our courtyard for your motorcycles or bicycles. From the upper floor of the apartment, you can see our Nierstein landmark and the namesake of the holiday apartment, the Wartturm (watchtower). A prepayment of 50% will be charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or by instant bank transfer on the day of arrival at the latest. Arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Departure is possible until 11:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
