The cottage features two bedrooms: - CHARLOTTE Room: 14 m², equipped with a 140x190 cm bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and an 8 m² private bathroom with WC, bathtub with shower screen, sink, and large mirror. - MARIE LOUISE Room: 16 m², with a 160x200 cm bed, large cabinet, built-in closet with shelves and hanging space, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower, shower screen, WC, sink, and mirror. The cottage offers a spacious 30 m² living area combining kitchen, dining, and lounge, with Wi-Fi included. Located in a small hamlet near Sancoins, close to the Tronçais Forest for nature lovers, and near the Lurcy-Lévis and Magny-Cours race tracks for motorsport enthusiasts, or simply in the countryside for those seeking peace and quiet. Ideally situated for travelers, as it is in the center of France, near Saint-Amand-Montrond.
The bedroom is in a separate house. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility.

Nous avons réservé se gîte car situé a 25 mn du circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, le propriétaire d une gentillesse qui a pensé a notre petit cochon d inde en mettant une carotte au frais c est premier qui pense a notre petit cochon d inde, propriétaire sympathique, un gîte magnifique avec un vrais four un pain

Très bon séjour à la Mardelle dans la chambre Marie Louise. Catherine et Roland très accueillants et disponibles. Nous y reviendrons plus longtemps avec plaisir !
