Its ideal location, just steps from the beaches (both bay and ocean sides), and close to shops and the market, allows you to get around entirely on foot or by bike, thanks to the safe cycle paths, and to leave your car behind for the duration of your vacation. Set on a wooded plot of over 1500 m², the villa features three terraces surrounding it, offering a choice of sun or shade for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying meals with family and friends. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower are provided for enjoying the balmy evenings after a day at the beach. The villa comprises an entrance hall, a large, bright living/dining room with beautiful openings onto the front and rear terraces, a spacious kitchen, an office/laundry room, and four bedrooms with double beds (140 cm): - the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom - the three other bedrooms, each with a washbasin and toilet, one of which has a small bathroom - a separate WC.
