In front of the villa there is a very wide and clean beach with an equipped bathing establishment, or alternatively there is a wide free beach next to it. If you don't know Tortoreto Lido, I would add that the sea has always been awarded the blue flag for cleanliness and that a short distance away there is one of the most beautiful water parks in Italy with a free shuttle service; furthermore, the municipality of Tortoreto offers free WIFI coverage.
