Private, enclosed, wooded, and fenced grounds of 700 m². Private, enclosed parking and a garage for 2 cars are 12 meters from the cottage. Ground floor: Kitchen (4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) and dining area.
Living room with a 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, 80 cm flat-screen TV. Shower room with WC. Spiral staircase. Upstairs: 1 landing bedroom divided into 2 separate areas (2 80x190 cm beds that can be converted into 1 160x190 cm bed and 2 90x190 cm beds). Electric heating.

A baby crib and high chair are available.

Nous avons déjà fais deux séjours en famille dans la petite maison de Prémont et tout y est parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et cosy. Il y a un beau et grand jardin pour profiter du soleil. Et Mme Alglave qui s’occupe de l’accueil et du logement est très sympathique et disponible.

Très agréable gîte,fort bien agencé et chauffé (convecteurs électriques et cheminée efficaces) et donc confortable ; Calme total ; Jolie perspective sur le jardin ; À noter seulement, pour accéder à l'espace nuit, un escalier en colimaçon, raide, qui n'est accessible que pour des gens parfaitement mobiles

Une petite maison charmante, bien équipée.un jardin superbe que notre petite chienne Tchoupie à apprécié autant que nous.Nous avons été bien accueillies par Shiron très disponible.Nous voulions nous ressourcer au ça ! me. Ce fut un régal !!!
