Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza al porto, vicinissimo a tutto per chi vuole visitare il centro di Genova e l'acquario. Mi è piaciuto il soppalco e la pulizia interna generale. Non mi è piaciuto il degrado all'esterno del vicolo e stradine intorno (non è colpa di nessuno ma giusto avvisare, io non lo sape...
