- Parking: Private parking space No. 82 at the entrance to the residence.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
- No parties.

- LINEN OPTION - IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE Bedding and towels are not included in your stay. Take advantage of the professional linen option at a very attractive price. Premium, hotel-quality, ironed linens, disinfected, and compliant with ISO 9001 and RABC standards. If you do not wish to subscribe to this service, you may choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to inquire about the exact bedding sizes after your reservation so you can best prepare for your trip.
- Pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, trash bags, and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.
- Rate per stay: €35 (tax included) for 2 people, €45 (tax included) for 3 people, €55 (tax included) for 4 people, plus €10 (tax included) per additional person. The linens option includes: Complete bedding set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels.
