It comprises a pretty 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and a courtyard with a 50 m² terrace.

The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A 45 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC 1ᵉʳ floor: - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160 x 200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC). 2nd floor: - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Bedroom 3: with two single beds and a TV with DVD player (no channel access) - Shower room (with shower and WC) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 50 m² enclosed courtyard planted with trees and shrubs. - A north-facing terrace with furniture. The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant setting.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as a bakery, a tobacconist's, a butcher's, restaurants and a hypermarket. Activities : - Port of Plouër-sur-Rance 1.4 km away by car - Saint-Suliac beach 10 km away - Dinan 10 km away. - Prieuré beach 15 km away - Dinard 15 km away - Saint-Malo 23 km away - Water sports (sailing, surfing, etc.) - Hiking (GR34) Transport : If you choose to come by car, here are the available and free car parks near the house: - Church car park 25 m away. - Library car park 80 m away.
