It includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are furnished with 2 double beds (160 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm). Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
Inside, you will find all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob, and fridge with freezer. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest lake beaches, 1 km from the center of Sanguinet, and 20 km from Biscarrosse Plage. A €700 security deposit is required and will be refunded after your departure, provided everything is in order. Tourist taxes are extra, according to current rates. Optional additional services are available at extra cost: Bed linen (Double €25 per bed, Single €20 per bed) Towel rental (€16 per set, including a large towel and a small towel) Baby equipment rental (€20 per item – high chair, travel cot, bathtub) Love Box: €78 – 1 bottle of champagne, 2 candles, 1 bouquet of roses or rose petals Pets are not allowed. Située à proximité du lac et dans un lotissement très calme malgré l'affluence du mois d'août sur les plages.
Très bonne literie et terrasse bien aménagée, sympa pour les soirées plancha !
