A vacation home furnished with attention to detail in Torrevieja, directly on the salt lake, with 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a sofa bed) for a maximum of 6 people.
The outdoor area was completely renovated in 2024, with a full roof covering and lounge group on the ground floor, and a sun terrace on the 1st floor with a grill, dining area with new chairs, and sun loungers/cushions/umbrella.
Here you also have a great panoramic view - wonderful to enjoy with a glass of wine at sunset!

You will stay in a corner bungalow in a quiet residential area, Torreta 3, where the neighbors mostly live year-round.
There are many Germans here, but also Swedes, English, and Spaniards.
No mass tourism here; all around are small terraced bungalows, nice neighbors!
A staircase leads from the covered terrace to the large sun terrace with loungers, where you can enjoy the glorious sun,
or a glass of wine at dusk.
It is particularly romantic when the sun sets and is reflected in the lake,
just as you can also see the city lights in the panoramic view...
Also, enjoy wonderful walks around the lake in the nature reserve, where there is much to discover.
Here you can truly unwind...
A carport is located next to the house for your vehicle.
Within a 10-minute walk, you will find several small restaurants, as well as a small shop that is almost always open.
At a distance of 1 km, there is a supermarket, and 2 km away, you will find LIDL and the HABANERAS shopping center.
Buses run every 30 minutes to these locations, as well as to the beaches.
The bus stop is located opposite the small restaurants, a 10-minute walk away.
There is also a bike path from Torreta to the beach, which can be reached in 20-30 minutes.
Fitness equipment is available for free use.
